“GROT” is a Russian rap group from Omsk, which includes Vitaly Evseev and Dmitry Gerashchenko. At the beginning of their creative activities, the team paid more attention to promoting a healthy lifestyle. Gradually, the performers in their songs moved to more philosophical topics and pay attention to such important issues as the struggle against egoism and indifference, the development of spiritual values, cultural enlightenment and much more. The group was created in 2009 in the city of Omsk. In May 2009, the first mini-album titled "None But Us" was released, which brought the group wide popularity. In the same year, cooperation began with the Moscow label "Ambush production", created by a member of the 25/17 group Andrei Bledny.
