Farin Urlaub (real name - Jan Vetter) is a German rock musician, singer, guitarist, songwriter. He was born on October 27, 1963 in West Berlin. He is known as the lead singer and one of the founders of the rock band Die Ärzte ("Doctors"). Since 2001, he has been actively involved in solo work and is the leader of the Farin Urlaub Racing Team. The musician works in the genres of rock, punk rock, pop punk, ska punk and alternative rock.
